CADILLAC SERVICE 101: FOLLOWING YOUR CADILLAC SERVICE SCHEDULE

August 7th, 2023 by

Following your Cadillac service schedule is the best way to ensure you get the most mileage out of your Cadillac vehicle. As your odometer count increases, your vehicle will begin to require additional service tasks that it previously didn’t.

Follow along as we cover these additional tasks, and how they will fit into your regular maintenance schedule.

Mileage Milestones
Certain maintenance tasks need to be adopted as your vehicle reaches certain mileage milestones. Around 30,000 miles, you will have to replace your vehicle’s air and fuel filters as these will have accumulated much detritus during your driving.

Once you reach 60,000 miles, your brakes, transmission, battery, and fluid reservoirs will all need attention. Things will stabilize after 90,000 miles, where your power steering, sparkplugs, and timing belt will all need some care.

Regular Service
In between these milestones, your vehicle will require regular visits to your service center. These visits will entail typical service tasks like oil changes and tire rotations, which are usually done every 7,500 to 10,000 miles.

These regular visits are equally, if not more, important than the milestones mentioned above, as they provide technicians an opportunity to identify and remedy potential issues before they snowball into potential breakdowns.

Additional Service Tasks
You can take your vehicle into the Cadillac of Bentonville service center outside of your regular visits, be it for additional upgrades or repairs after an accident. Our technicians can restore your vehicle to pristine condition and even add accessories.
