This is the only dealership in NWA that I trust to provide dependable and reliable service. I’ve been there several times for routine maintenance and for other various issues. They have always been able to address the problem and quickly remedy the issue. Last visit, I was late returning to pick up my vehicle and the sales staff and service department (from home) went completely out of their way to get me taken care of and back in my car. Recently brought my Cadillac in for some warranty work. When I came to get my vehicle I found scratches, scrapes, and a green paint deposit on the right front fender. Service manager told me all this was there when I brought the car in. He was quite adamant about it. I was just as sure and as adamant that this was not so. He took a picture of the damage and said he would get an estimate from the repair shop and call me. He hasn't followed through on that either. Not a happy customer at this point!
Staff is always professional and helpful. Angie and Tyler assisted when I came in with a low tire and had to get a new one. Do wish there was a larger fleet of loaners, they were all out for the day. Tire had to be ordered and I was without a vehicle.
I had an appointment for a new part to be put in my car, a part that the dealership told me I needed. When I arrived for my appointment at 7:30am before work, they were not prepared at all. They asked me which specific part I was needing... I am not a mechanic, so I was not sure. Then they told me they didn’t have the part in. The dealership should have checked the day before and called me instead of wasting my time before work. Every time I come to this dealership they are unprepared and unorganized.

CADILLAC of Bentonville wa very attentive in providing service for my 2014 Cadillac XTS. The screen for information was broken by excessive exterior heat. The service departments of Superior Motors in NWA was very helpful. They have been always helpful to me and my business and family.
Brought my 2016 CTS in for regular service plus wanted tires checked for balancing as I was starting to feel and hear a little rumble -- concerned there might be some cupping -- car had much less that 10K miles on it. Chris made sure I had a loan car. The technician discovered that indeed there was cupping so Chris arranged to have tires replaced under warranty and had my car delivered back to me as we live about 70 miles from the dealership. Car rides much smoother now. Very happy with the customer care and service thanks to Chris.

I went initially because I had an issue with one tire pressure decreasing (Wednesday). I was quickly told that they didn't see an issue but they touch up the car with a little air and I was on my way. The very next day my tire pressure is low again and I headed back to the dealership. The called me in less than an hour telling me they I need two rear tires. I was reluctant to buy new tires and I had my oil change about 2 months prior and was never got an indication my tire tread was getting close to be bald. However, I went ahead and got it change. I kept their loaner over the weekend until then could get the tires in. On Monday I received a call my car is ready. I picked up the car on my way home. Sure enough the next morning my psi on the tire that I had an issue with is slowing going down. I wanted to make sure it wasn't just osmosis and it would go down everyday. I went back to the dealership on Thursday and told them I am having the same issue. They said they will figure it out however they didn't have a loaner so they just aired up my tire and told me to come back on Friday. At this point I text my sales guy and he ask the service director to call me. Jeff Reid called me back that day and I explain the situation to him which now I am questioning the reason why I was ask to get new tires as it did not fix my issue. He then proceed to tell me they now have a loaner if I wanted to come back. I stated I was already home and didn't want to drive back to Bentonville but I will be in there tomorrow. He actually had someone bring me a loner and the guy took my car so I didn't have to go in on Friday. I got a call back on Friday stating they found the issue and there was a hairline crack on my wheel and they had to order a new wheel. Again, they told me I can keep their loaner for the weekend. However, the plate expire that day so I had to make another trip to the dealer anyhow. Finally, on Monday they called and told me my car was clean and ready to go. When i got there, my tire had lubricant all over the tires and wheel. I looked at the service guy and said really? They took the car back to be clean. I didn't end up paying for the wheel because I had a tire/wheel package. I am very disappointed that I never got a call back from the service director or the normal call about making sure I got good service.
