The sales representative Andrew was great. He greeted us outside, pulled the car for us, showed us all the features. We test drove the car, there was no pressure in buying the car. As usual a great experience. Tylor has taken care of multiple vehicles for me. I schedule appointment, let them know expectation of return time, and services needed. The service team has never failed to come through. I’ve never felt pressured to complete recommended work but am always made aware of anything needing attention. The pricing is very competitive at least on the services I have requested. I’ve worked at multiple dealerships and know how it normally goes. Our salesman Andrew was great. The dealership is undergoing a large remodel so it’s not the least bit comfortable there. Have to go to a different dealership to just use a bathroom. Not quite what you imagine when buying a luxury car. Paperwork was substantially delayed due to incompatibility of programs in between dealerships. Had to go to Mazda for signing. The process in no way has to do with the salesman. The dealership should have had a better plan for their customers prior to undergoing such a huge renovation.
This was the most wonderful buying experience we’ve ever had. Zac was our sales associate, he was such a pleasure to work with. Everyone we spoke with , including the General Manager, was so kind and made us feel like we were among friends. I am so proud of my beautiful 2025 CT4. Including both personal and business use vehicles, we have five vehicles. By far, our 2024 XT5 is the most enjoyable to drive. We looked at BMW, Lincoln, and Volvo. I love my new Cadillac CT5!! I went in with my wife looking to trade in my Jeep that I bought across the street and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made! I had the best car buying experience at this dealership thanks to Zach. Was able to get a great deal on my dream car and Zach helped me every step of the way. Super transparent about the whole process and he made sure I actually got what I wanted instead of trying to just make a sale. The car I wanted wasn’t available at this particular dealership and he arranged to have it shipped in from out of state. Overall 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend doing business with Zach if you’re looking to buy a Caddy
By far the best dealership service I have ever experienced. They are always quick and courteous. The only downside is that they do not offer loaner vehicles when your vehicle is in for repairs.

Great customer service! Took my Cadillac in for oil change, tire rotation. Checked brakes, battery etc. And had no other recommendations for service. Left with a $70 bill. Honest!!

Don’t like the way the staff treats you, my Escalade 2022 broke down after 10 months of buying it and they did not want to provide a rental, and then they tone was like they were doing me a favor, they did not know how to fix it, they had my car for weeks they are not polite at all, and they are not respectful, they gave me my car and they did not clean it after weeks of having it, they gave a coupon to take it to a car wash
Excellent Customer Service!! They were able to answer all my questions and give me a ride to and from a nearby establishment while my car was being serviced All with friendly smiles and great conversation! Far exceeded my expectations.

Bentonville Cadillac went above and beyond to help us purchase our Cadillac XT5. The employees stayed very late in evening on a cold and blustery night to complete our paperwork. We were able to drive home that night with our new vehicle.

I have nothing but good things to say about Superior Automotive. My salesman Jacob Hostetler was easy to work with and was very responsive. Most of the car deal was done through the phone. The management at Superior gave me a great trade in value and was willing to work with me on achieving a desirable payment for a nicer newer vehicle.

Received great service. Got my rim repaired and a tuneup. Check in rep was not satisfied with quality of rim repair before I was called to pick my car up contacted the outside source to come back and check it out then called me to let me know would be a little longer before my car was ready. I want to thank Mack who was our car salesman, he helped us find the exact car we wanted, and we did most of it via text or email as Covid 19 hindered us from wanting to go to the dealership. He answered all of our questions, he was always quick to respond and helped get us through the buying process efficiently and quickly. I bought a 2017 Cadillac Thursday and when I got home with it my family noticed several dents and a huge scratch on the front bumper.
