    Ron joined our staff in Dec 2010. He has over 20 years experience in the Automobile business. Ron has been married to his High School Sweetheart for over 30 years. They have two sons and two grandsons.  He enjoys camping, hiking and geocaching with his family in the Natural State, as well as playing golf, hunting, building custom furniture, and watching the Razorbacks. His other passion is singing Southern Gospel Music, which he has done with Quartets and as a solo artist for 17 years.

    Andrew currently lives in West Fork with his beautiful wife to be Winona. He has lived in N.W. Arkansas all of his life and wouldn't trade it for the world. Andrew has been with Cadillac for about a year now, and has a passion for the Cadillac product and his clients. When he's not working, Andrew likes to ski, travel, fish, camp, canoe, and anything to do with food and drink!

    Monte grew up working in the auto business  in Naples, Florida, working for his father in the car business at a very young age. He always enjoyed working with autos. Upon graduating at BYU, he worked in the land development and real estate field in South Florida. He now enjoys working in the auto business in NW Arkansas at the Superior Auto Group working as a sales consultant. He resides with his wife and family in Rogers. He enjoys outdoor activities such as waterskiing, saltwater fishing and being a father.

    Jim is from Long Beach, California and has worked globally as a Gemologist for over twenty years.  For the last ten years he has called NW Arkansas home with his two sons Casey and Andrew.  When not assisting his many clients, Jim enjoys kayaking, photography and great food with friends.

    Bill relocated to Northwest Arkansas from Mississippi in 2012. A graduate of Ole Miss, Bill has 24 years experience in the insurance business. He enjoys music, golf, sports and traveling. Bill is the proud father of two sons and a daughter. He is excited to be associated with Cadillac of Bentonville.
